When you visit a particular Web page on the Site, our servers log your IP address. Your IP address is not linked to your Personally Identifiable Information. Browser TypeA browser is the software that you use to visit sites on the World Wide Web. We collect browser information as part of our regular site logging and compile this aggregate information to help determine what features or enhancements could be put in place for our users. If you make a purchase from a member's shop, we may use the Personally Identifiable Information you provide for shipping and billing purposes only, unless you expressly give us permission to use it for promotional and marketing purposes. In addition, if you purchase merchandise from a member's shop, we may provide that member with your Personally Identifiable Information to enable that member to ship the merchandise directly to you, or for that member to use for its internal record keeping. We may also use the Personally Identifiable Information you provide to administer and manage your account. In addition, we may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when we believe in good faith that it is required by any applicable law or legal process, or if we believe we need to disclose it to protect or enforce our rights or the rights of our members, users, or other third parties. Non-Personally Identifiable InformationWe may disclose Non-Personally Identifiable Information in connection with improving the services we offer and facilitating our marketing efforts. YourCompanyShop.com does not condition a child's participation in an activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity.
