Return Policy

The Saba Online Store will accept returns of new, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, with an approved RMA from MPG Promotions. Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid, unless the merchandise is defective (see below). We will not accept COD deliveries. For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post so you can track your package.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective merchandise or your order was filled incorrectly, please contact: > Saba@mpgpromotions.com. We will gladly return or exchange the items and pay the return shipping costs.
